Francia Raisa

Raisa began to take part-time acting gigs in her final year of high school, doing print advertisements and acting in commercials. She was the guest on American Family: Journey of Dreams as well as Over There. Raisa played Tamy In Lil' Romao's 2004 song video "My Girlfriend". In addition, she was featured as Iyaz in the music video "So Large". The first time she landed a leading part a month before the start of her senior year. The film Bring It On, All or Nothing, Raisa starred opposite Hayden Pannettiere. Co-starring in the Nickelodeon film Shredderman Rules, where she played Isabel as well as in The Cutting Edge: Chasing the Dream and The Cutting Edge: Fire and Ice as Alexandra Delgado. She played the main role in the role of Adrian Lee on the ABC Family hit drama The Secret Life of the American Teenager from July 2008 to the final episode of the series in early June of 2013. In 2009, Raisa appeared as an actor on the USA Network's In Plain Sight. She also co-starred with David Henrie in Boo an animated short that was released by YouTube. In 2013, Raisa played a role in the christmas-themed film Christmas Bounty alongside Mike "The Miz" Mizanin. Raisa was in August 2012 the year 2018 until 2022, Raisa appeared on the Freeform series, Grown-ish which was executive-produced by creator of Black-ish Kenya Barris. The series' first four seasons before leaving the show following her character's graduation after the conclusion of Season 4. She also appeared in the Freeform's Life-Size 2 television movie, which she starred in alongside Tyra banks. Raisa became part of the cast for How I Met Your Mother spinoff How I Met Your Father in the month of May 2021. The first episode began airing on Hulu the 18th of January, 2022.
